Sarah is the first person I have worked with from Leland, and I am impressed with the service I received. We went through multiple phases of essay drafts/revising for several schools. It was a decent amount of work, and I believe Sarah went above in beyond. She supports you from beginning to end and ensures that you finish with a good result. Her feedback/coaching style is a good balance of directness and honesty as well as encouragement.

I really enjoyed working with Camden, I would recommend him to anybody that is looking for an HBS application consultant. He helped me bring my story to life in my essay and share it in an impactful way. Camden thoroughly understands the HBS application process. Camden also helped me with my resume and short answer responses. I felt confident when I submitted my application that I was giving myself the best chance possible.

Stacey is an incredibly thoughtful and supportive coach. She curated a special 4-hour package since I was further into my application journey. Working with her was honestly one of the best decision. Given my unusual short and long-term career plan, she highlighted parts of my application that wouldn't make sense to a reader unfamiliar with my personal narrative and helped me address the gaps in my storytelling. My essays looked sharper and in much better shape after working with her. I cannot recommend Stacey enough. Lock a package with her while she still has capacity.

I worked with Allie throughout my entire application process. She helped me with my strategy, recommendations, resume, and essays. Allie has deep knowledge of all the top MBA programs and knows the ins and outs of the application process. Allie is an amazing coach and person. Every time you speak with her you end the conversation feeling great. It was exactly what I was looking for in a coach. I can't recommend Allie more. If you are looking for an comprehensive coach for the whole application process there is no one better than Allie.

I came to Chip close to the Kellogg MBA deadline. I needed help reviewing my essays quickly. One of my essays was very weak when we first started. He helped me brainstorm to rewrite the essay, while helping make my other essay stronger. Chip went far beyond expectations. He took the time to really understand my story and make sure I conveyed the strongest story possible. He took my essays from poor to excellent. I highly recommend Chip.

Drake was an amazing coach! I came to him wanting an outside perspective/coaching to sustain my existing network of support. He was flexible with that arrangement and didn't try to push any preset packages, but was willing to help out on a pay-per-hour basis. Drake provided great insights in a timely manner. His feedback and guidance were well worth their weight in gold. More than just submitting good applications, Drake helped me to introspect in a way that will benefit me for years to come. Chip is truly the King of Kellogg! He was skilled at reframing my narritave so that it became cohesive and aligned with the school’s culture. He really took time to understand my past expereince and gave out good recommendations on areas to highlight more. When it comes to the actual essays fine tuning, Chip would go to the extra miles and support as many iterations as needed. He was very easy to reach and had been a wonderful support throughout the process. If you already have a draft and feel like something are missing, but not quite sure on how to improve.
