I had a non-traditional career background and was an older candidate and working with Amy was exactly what I needed during the application process. Invaluable guidance from start to finish. As a non-traditional candidate, I would get lost working on my own on the app, often thinking I was clearly not what schools were looking for, missing the unique value I could bring to an MBA class and highlight in my application. Amy provided the right encouragement and helped me appropriately convey my relevant strengths. She pushed my writing to be better, helped me when I got stuck and was being unproductive or in a creative rut, and had detailed insight into every aspect of the application. Amy knows what she’s doing. My work with Amy left me assured that I had put my best foot forward with my app, regardless of the outcome. That alone honestly made the entire application process worth it. But my app was also successful - I was accepted with a merit scholarship. John is the best college counselor you can find. He is a Harvard graduate himself. Not only does he know the college admission process well and stays on top of your child’s application progress, but he also has an amazing work ethic. He met with my son to give guidance on his essays, late at night when he was on vacation, to ensure that my son’s application progress is not impacted. As a result, my son got into one of the most prestigious universities (HYPSM) EA. I highly recommend him for anyone seeking a college counselor who is not only knowledgeable but also cares about your child.
