Kelsey was absolutely amazing in helping me prep for my Wharton TBD interview! She’s a true professional with deep knowledge of the MBA admissions process and was incredibly responsive throughout, and that's something I really appreciated. Heading into the interview, I wasn’t sure what to expect. But Kelsey guided me through every step from brainstorming a strong solution to the TBD prompt, helping me choose the right "role" to play, fine-tuning my timing and tonality, and most importantly, helping me stay calm and confident. I can say with confidence that I wouldn't have received my offer from Wharton without Kelsey’s support and expertise. What truly stood out is how much she cares. Even after I received offers from multiple schools, she made time to hop on a call and talk through my options, what made the most sense, and how to approach the next step in my career. If you're looking for support with interview prep, essay guidance, or full-on application strategy, I can recommend Kelsey without hesitation. She’s the real deal!

As a non-traditional candidate from a company with zero name recognition, work gaps, etc, I was nervous about my chances at top MBA programs. I had intro calls with almost 10 consultants but most of them told me I was not top-school material. Some straightup said I should be ready to get my heart broken and brushed me off. Kelsey was different even in the intro call. She told me “No matter who you go with, make sure you work with someone who understands you.” I wanted to work with someone who believed in me, so I decided to work with her. I live halfway across the world, so the time difference was inconvenient. But Kelsey was always super prompt (whether it was the weekend, a holiday, or even when she was traveling in Japan). That level of commitment was wild to me. Also, I have to say that her pricing is super reasonable compared to others in the space, especially with her being a former adcom. Her feedback was very honest and efficient. I broke my head for GSB’s WMM essay topic for weeks. She helped me figure it out in a day. I thought I had to present myself a certain way to adcom to sound “impressive”, but Kelsey immediately called out that it came across as generic. She helped me dig deeper and find the parts of my story that were me, things I didn’t even realise were worth highlighting. Post-submission, I kept doubting myself until the interview invite came (late in the cycle), and Kelsey kept reminding me that I was still very much in the play. She told me she expected me to get an interview, and I did! I am sure I would not have gotten into my school without her. Yes, you need to bring your stuff because things have to be real, but on ‘how you tell it’ Kelsey nailed it. I highly recommend her to anyone like me.

Working with Kelsey was, without a doubt, the best decision I made during my MBA application journey. I was accepted to HSW with below-average test scores, but Kelsey never let that define my candidacy. Instead, she helped me highlight my differentiating strengths—my leadership experience, non-traditional background, and the impact I’ve made. Her ability to see the bigger picture helped me shape compelling, authentic narratives that truly reflected who I am. As an applicant with a non-traditional background, Kelsey’s breadth of knowledge across multiple industries was incredibly valuable when it came to refining my short and long-term goals. She pushed me to be specific, strategic, and realistic. She knew exactly how to position my goals in a way that resonated with each program, tying together my past experiences and future ambitions, which I believe was the key to my success. Even though I knew she had other clients, it always felt like I had her full attention. Her responsiveness and turnaround times were incredible, especially during crunch time. She was always available. I genuinely don’t know how she does it. I also did two mock interviews with her—one focused on general MBA and behavioral questions, and another more advanced session that dug into the “why” behind my professional and personal life decisions. That second interview was especially helpful in giving me a framework to approach a wide range of questions with clarity and confidence.

As a non-traditional candidate with less-than-ideal statistics and little time to finish my applications, I entered the home stretch of my application cycle in a state of panic. I knew that the only chance I had of getting into any MBA program was to truly craft my personal story, and translate my professional and personal experiences in a way that illuminated my value. That said, I had no idea where to even begin on any of those fronts! Fortunately, I was referred to Kelsey by a friend, and was immediately drawn to her unique experience as a former M7 AdCom, and her demonstrated success in getting diverse applicants into their target schools. From the get-go, I was blown away by Kelsey’s efficiency, attention to detail, and responsiveness. We started with my resume; within a few hours of sending it to her for revisions, she pinpointed all the ways that I needed to be more specific about my professional contributions, and how that would highlight my unique qualities and value. Her guidance there proved to be a real “A-HA!” moment of clarity for me, and we ended up refining and finishing my resume within less than two days. This level of efficiency continued throughout our work on my application essays, where Kelsey remained both honest in her feedback and encouraging in helping me draw out the aspects of my story that truly mattered. All things told, Kelsey and I completed all relevant parts of my application within just two weeks of our initial consult, without sacrificing even a shred of quality or authenticity. Kelsey’s contributions put me so ahead of schedule that I ended up having the time to apply to two more schools than originally intended, both of which I ended up being admitted to! We continued our momentum through interview preparation, which was every bit as focused and effective as the applications themselves. Like a magician grabbing rabbits out a hat, Kelsey provided me with specific guidance tailored to each school’s unique interview process, even progressing to the level of exact interview questions and responses. Given that I hadn’t really conducted similar types of interviews within my professional background, our interview prep proved to make a world of difference, as it gave me the mindset and confidence I needed to make the best impression possible. All things told, with Kelsey’s expertise and guidance, I was admitted to 5 out of 7 schools that I applied to, and received additional scholarship offers from 3 schools! Most importantly, I was able to secure admission to not only all of my “target” schools, but my “reach” school as well (where I’m fortunate enough to be starting at this summer)! To say that I totally exceeded my expectations on admission outcomes is almost an understatement…to say that Kelsey was a difference-maker in my success is certainly an understatement. I can say with 100% confidence that Kelsey’s expertise and guidance were the distinguishing factors that enabled my success and put my applications over the top, despite everything working against my favor. Regardless of your background, stats, desired schools, or specific application concerns, there is no one I would recommend more for guiding you through the MBA application process than Kelsey

Daniel was one of the best TAs I've had! I enjoyed how he expanded the ideas from class into real world situations. His slides were always very clean and easy to follow and his lectures truly reviewed the key points from lecture. He was creative in making class participation through debates, speeches and activities which made the section more enjoyable. He was very accommodating in all aspects which was amazing. Very knowledgeable on World Politics. Excellent understanding of material and easily able to present information that was digestible during discussion, easily able to answer questions and communicate effectively.

Emily brought a perspective on subtle choices that could become dealbreakers that I would have otherwise missed. Even though I reached out last-minute, she maximized our limited time. She made the effort to know me on a deeper level, highlighted my strengths, and shared useful resources. The MBA admissions process is intense, but working with Emily turned it into a valuable opportunity for deeper self-reflection. I walked away not just with stronger essays, but with greater confidence in my story. Highly recommend!
