I reached out to Dalal when i was facing challenges during my GMAT prep. We had many insightful sessions where her profound knowledge and compassion towards her clients struck me. She was helpful and patient towards finding a solution to my challenges. These sessions also helped me train my mindset and boost my morale for the exam. I worked with Erfun when studying to take the GMAT a second time. I had taken it once after three months of self-study using Kaplan materials, and I received a score that was much lower than I expected and much lower than I thought I could achieve. So I decided to get personalized tutoring the second time around, and I found Erfun after searching on Yelp. Erfun was so helpful in providing a clear study plan and identifying areas for improvement. We Skyped once a week for two hours, and then I studied on my own each day using the materials he gave me. I worked with him for two months to prepare for my second test date, and I felt like we had plenty of time to go over everything and for me to take several practice tests. Ultimately, I retook the test and scored 70 points higher, reaching my target score! Erfun really helped me improve my test-taking strategies and time management, which allowed me to reach my goal. I highly recommend working with him.

I really enjoyed working with Erfun. He has access to some of the best GRE prep material out there, and his meticulous approach to tackling questions was invaluable for my success on the GRE. I went from scoring in the 310s to scoring 330-338 on practice tests before my exam. I ended up achieving my goal score on the real test and I only had 3 classes with Erfun. In addition, his online teaching format allows you to record lessons and review them while studying -- I found this particularly useful for reviewing concepts and his methodology for different types of questions. His experience, combined with his natural teaching ability, will help you efficiently reach your goal score in the shortest time possible. I highly recommend him for anyone wanting to make quick work of the GRE test and start focusing on other aspects of graduate school admissions.

I worked with Erfun the past few months on the GMAT and would emphatically recommend him! After studying on my own through Veritas, I was not satisfied with my performance and knew I needed a tutor to take me to the next level. I was initially hesitant to meet over Skype, but it was seamless and made no difference whatsoever. With his help, I went from a baseline 560 to a 740! Erfun is incredibly thorough and detail-oriented, and creates a study plan specifically to target where you need it most. Other tutors I spoke to were only going to help with quant, and as a native English speaker (and strong writer) I thought I didn't need as much work on that side. However, we worked on both together and the verbal made just as much of a difference! He will find the places you need work and help you hone your skills where you need it most to get the best score possible. During our first session, we set realistic, achievable goals together and created a plan on how to get there. If you put in the work, he will help you get to where you want to go. You get what you pay for with this stuff, and while his rate is not the cheapest you'll find, invest in YOURSELF and work with him. It'll be worth it. Marie has been working with my daughter to help her prepare for her SAT's. There are really no words to describe how much my daughter has grown and improved in her math. It's not just her testing that has improved, but we have seen huge growth in her overall performance as a student. Marie has inspired her and challenged her. My daughter used to hate math and dread it because it was so difficult for her, but now she feels empowered; Marie has taught her the necessary skills to give her the confidence she needs, not only for the SAT's but for all of her academics. Marie is not only an amazing teacher who is able to make difficult concepts accessible, but she is a role model.

Dalal arranged a session for me to learn about my GMAT journey. After patiently listening to me for good 30 minutes, she told me methods that worked for her. Her way of tackling Verbal questions intrigued me to think beyond what I ever imagined. Her ' Never Give Up' approach, even if you find yourself in the rut after so many attempts, is something I admire a lot. Being disciplined and helpful are two amazing qualities, among many, that are intrinsic to her. I am so thankful to have worked with Marie while preparing to take the GMAT exam. Her practice problems were extremely helpful, as well as her practice exam recommendations and her advice regarding which quantitative topics I should focus on. While preparing for the GMAT, I started off with a few online courses and strategies, just like most other GMAT takers, but six months into these courses, I realized that they weren't as helpful as I had hoped and that I had to rethink on my strategy. My baseline official mock score was 420, and after completing those courses, I scored a disappointing 490. I was crushed for a few weeks and was desperate for help. I tried to find posts online from people who initially scored similar to the score I got and then made great leaps to a 700+ score, and it was only then that I stumbled upon Dalal. After reading her incredible success story of improving from a score of 250 to 780, I reached out to Dalal. We had multiple calls where we talked about the difficulties I was facing. She not only took the time to listen intently but also understood my situation, helped me skim through a lot of fluff, and suggested the right tools and strategies that could work for "me". and I have been more productive ever since. I am currently at a 600+ score and working on the gaps I have in my verbal preparation, and I am sure that, with her help, I will be able to achieve 700+ in just a few more months. Time and energy are significant factors during one's BSchool journey. I would have wasted a lot of time if I hadn't asked her for help!

Dalal was very meticulous in teaching me GMAT content, she always made sure I understood everything she was explaining, she always kept me motivated and kept me aiming for higher scores no matter what background knowledge I had or what base score I began with. The sessions were sooo enriching. She moved me step by step through GMAT content without hurrying too much and made sure we were on same page.
