Adolfo is a phenominal portuguese teacher! He is very attentive and takes his time to give constructive feedback after each lesson. He notes common grammatcal errors and adapts the classes to help you improve. On top of all this, is his friendly and likeable personalty. Highly recommended!

Adolfo is an excellent teacher. He has flexible tutor session times and it's easy to work around my always changing work schedule. He takes the time to learn what your goals are and plans lessons accordingly, making them practical and tailored individually. He gives great, constructive feedback and is easy to work with. I am very glad I found Adolfo as a teacher. He is obviously very knowledgable about teaching and learning processes, which he uses to good effect in his lessons. As I wanted, taking lessons with Adolfo I find I am improving my speaking and listening skills in Portuguese. Adolfo is always willing to give valuable feedback and pass on useful tips about websites, music and videos to help me in my learning. He is also an interesting bloke so we have many good chats putting the world to rights!

Adolfo is a really excellent teacher. As a native English speaker, I appreciate that while we mostly speak in Portuguese during lessons, his English is outstanding, as he is also an English teacher. This has made our communicate super smooth and effective. He has also made taking lessons fun, which is really important to me! 10/10 would recommend!

I am easily embarassed when trying to speak a foreign language with someone. Adolfo helps me overcome that and more. He helps me to want to and to push myself past that embarassment. Also, he gives me the experience I need to pronounce words correctly. Every lesson hits on different aspects of the language which makes it interesting and not boring. When the lesson is over I feel like I've accomplished something toward my goals.

Adolfo is a great teacher! He encourages you to speak with quizzes and games. In this way you are learning very fast. In the lesson with him, I feel like I am gladiator and he is dragging me in the learning Arena of Portuguese language, encouraging me all the time to speak and to overcome the learning obstacles.
