I hired Jad to tutor me for the GRE - quantitative section - a month ago. I wanted a tutor that knew what he/she was doing. I went through LinkedIn and his name popped up. He was also later highly recommended by a friend of mine. His ability to communicate and explain the material in the simplest form and in different ways enabled me to understand and really master the concepts tested on the GRE. Jad knows and understands the material and genuinely enjoys what he does. For questions that intimidated me he made me break them down into simple, understandable material. I got one-on-one, top-notch tutoring at a very good price. After taking my test, I send my scores to my prospective school and the Admissions Committee commented on my “very impressive quant score”. I owe my confidence level and impressive performance to Jad. I am a nervous wreck when it comes to standardized testing and he helped me calm my nerves by reinforcing the positive aspects and telling me I could do it. I highly recommend Jad to anyone who is looking to do well on the GRE and even in any quantitative courses!

Simply put, the Godfather of GMAT tutoring. Firstly, Jad absolutely masters any and all GMAT-related content and literature, having authored a large chunk of the official Manhattan GMAT curriculum (see any foreword of the Manhattan GMAT series). Whether you work with him in person or via skype his approach is flexible and tailored to the student. He is able to systematically come up with different examples to boil down problems to their essence and build your knowledge from the ground up. He has at his finger tips the alternative approaches to any one problem, he creates his own slides for live discussion and test-like simulation of "what-would-Jad-do?", he knows all the ins and outs of exam tactics and strategies (the list goes on)...really, a one-of-a-kind 360 GMAT tutor in a league of his own. Lastly, Jad is the ultimate teacher and mentor. He is calm, friendly, and has a great sense of humor. Most importantly, he takes a genuine interest in the development of the student and the achievement of his or her goals. It is a pleasure to work with Jad and I am glad I met him.

Jad is an absolutely incredible tutor. He deeply understands the material covered on the test and goes above and beyond to ensure that his students can also feel comfortable with the material. Jad's teaching style is engaging, patient, and supportive, making our sessions both productive and enjoyable. As a result of working with Jad, I was able to raise my GMAT score by about 70 points! I could not recommend Jad more highly to anyone who is looking to improve their GMAT scores. I'd tried a number of other GMAT prep solutions yet Jad is truly the best out there.

Jad demonstrated incredible patience and thoughtfulness in formulating lesson plans to address my areas of need. As someone returning to studying after years in the workforce, he offered valuable advice and guidance on tackling the areas of knowledge that would be most important for the GMAT. Moreover, Jad was accommodating in tailoring the lessons to the results of my individual studies, which proved to be extremely helpful. Additionally, he would send detailed notes after each session, providing me with ample study materials and extending the value of our sessions. I highly recommend Jad for any tutoring needs.

I have always liked Laine's classes very much and I think she's an excellent teacher with a lot of experience in the area. I really enjoyed having learned from Laine.

We practiced writing, and my writing has gotten better. Zina gave me helpful tips. I tried giving a speech on a presentation. I did pretty good, and all I need to work on is paraphrasing and organizing a little more.

Adolfo has been really great to work with. I'm enormously busy and he has been very flexible yet able to keep a thoughtful program in mind. He is very gentle with his corrections and yet enormously helpful. While I'm never surprised by all the errors I make, I am impressed by his ability to keep track of them all and systematically work through them. A pleasure to work with.

Adolfo is an excellent teacher. He has flexible tutor session times and it's easy to work around my always changing work schedule. He takes the time to learn what your goals are and plans lessons accordingly, making them practical and tailored individually. He gives great, constructive feedback and is easy to work with.
