Lucas is an incredible MBA consultant! Lucas has a way of approaching the process that is very personalized to your professional and personal goals. The MBA application journey can be very overwhelming, and I often thought that I was one of many ex-consultants applying to business school struggling to stand out. He really focuses on getting to know you as a person in order to recognize your strengths and your ‘why MBA?’. When it came to preparing for interviews, Lucas was especially helpful in identifying some blindspots I had in my own preparation and additional areas where I should focus on. This was very beneficial as these ended up being the core questions for my interview with my dream school. As I was applying to schools, Lucas was very encouraging and believed in me, even during times where I was struggling to believe in myself. He supported me in presenting an application that reflected me in an authentic way. I was admitted to all the schools I applied to and am very thankful that Lucas was part of my application journey!

I've had the pleasure of working alongside David, and honestly, he's one of the most talented and supportive colleagues I've encountered. As a fresh college graduate entering a new career in New York City, I had to lean on the people around me to keep me afloat. Grant made that easy. Not only did Grant provide me with stable mentorship at a tumultuous time in both of our lives (I was beginning my first job, he was moving to a new city) but he provided a much needed helping hand through the professional world - a hand he did not have to lend, but chose to. I can confidently say Grant took me under his wing, making time to check in professionally and personally, which provided us both time to just breathe a little. Grant’s steadying and calming presence made it easy to go to work for him, and made me more confident in myself and the decisions I was expected to make. Now, at the end of our time together I can confidently say I will carry his demeanor, enthusiasm, and humility everywhere I go. I hope I get to work with him again some day, whether that’s for or with him, and know he’ll not only elevate the company he works for, but the people around him.

Can’t recommend Douglas enough. He mock interviewed me twice, and both times came prepared with varied sets of questions. His feedback on my responses were both clear and specific, delineating between stylistic nuances and universally applicable interview strategies. He was astute in picking up the distinctive aspects of my background and personality (which I couldn’t even do), then helped me refine my talking points to bring those aspects out. From beginning to end, he was encouraging and showed genuine interest in helping me and because of him, I feel much better going into my interviews.
