During my time as a Youth Director at a non-profit, I supervised Joseph. Joseph was very efficient in helping students apply to colleges and also apply for scholarships. He made my job easy, when it came to recruiting students for our yearly cohort. I must also add that he is one of the most reliable and efficient workers that I have encountered during my time in the world of youth development. Not only is he knowledgeable, but he also brings an exuberant energy to spaces that makes clients and staff feel confident and comfortable.

Great coach. Had the opportunity to practice casing with Andrew while recruiting at the Ross School of Business. I was preparing for interviews with BCG, Bain, and McKinsey. Andrew was pivotal in me getting an offer to McKinsey. He was precise with his advice and gave very honest feedback. He also gave me pointers on how to improve immediately. Take the time to train with Andrew and he'll set you up for success!

Andrew has been a good friend and mentor since my freshman year of college. Alongside my close family peers, Andrew encouraged me to jump into my career early and in some ways "jumpstarted" my career by 5 years! Grateful for what Andrew has taught me and the help he's providing to my peers as well.
