What sets Michael apart is he's actually done the PE associate job. He's sat through ICs, run diligence, and been in the same seat I'm in now – so the feedback isn't generic business-coaching stuff, it's grounded in what actually works. The advice he gives me is the same advice he gives associates at his own firm, and it translates directly to my day-to-day. He's helped me a lot with the things that matter most as an associate, prepping for IC presentations, getting more out of expert network calls, and just generally staying ahead of the workflow. His feedback is direct, specific and something I can actually use the next day. I also really appreciate how he runs our sessions. He's concise, doesn't waste time, and I always leave with clear things to work on.
