Steven is the best coach you can ask for! Super knowledgeable in how to build top of the funnel game aside from linkedin, and how to craft answers to behavior questions such as "tell me about yourself". I used to fail at so many interviews since my BQ stories were unstructured, and not highlighting my strength. Steven gave me direct feedback on my weaknesses and helped me patiently thru hours and hours of mock interviews to get me to where I am today! He also helped me negotiated to a higher salary by practical strategies and encouraging me to believe in my value. Since my interview pace was fast in the last couple of weeks - when I needed last minute help he was very accommodating while he did not need to. I am more than thankful for his support through the whole journey and would reach out again if I need more help in career advancement. I can tell he is passionate about helping others succeed in strategy and ops field apart from "coaching as a side project". Highly recommend!

Rea completely forgot about the workshop. Complete disrespect and disregard for everybody's time. 80+ people attended. There was no Leland host either. Personally, I had reserved 2 hours of the event and canceled prior appointments; the description of the event, however, mentions 60 minutes. Mistakes happen, but this demonstrates unprofessionalism.

She completely forgot about the meeting. I was there for 26 minutes after start time and never showed.

I was very disappointed - i waited over 20 minutes for the webinar to start and she never showed up.

Title says it all...we waited for 15 minutes, she never showed up and Leland also never notified us of any delay.

Rea was a no show. I understand that life happens, but the host should let Leland know that their webinar is cancelled so attendees can be informed.

I booked this session to get an honest and structured review of a Strategy & Ops case I had submitted, and it exceeded expectations. He went through my case in detail, gave honest and actionable feedback at every step, and made sure I fully understood both what worked and what didn’t. I especially appreciated how structured and practical his advice was, while still leaving room for questions throughout. I walk away with clear next steps and a much stronger understanding of how to improve. I would highly recommend him to anyone serious about leveling up.

In the beginning, I had no idea where I wanted to attend or what direction I wanted to take with my college application. I started working with Mary in my junior year and she was excellent in helping me throughout the application and admission process. She motivated me to take initiative in narrowing down and developing a clear direction with my application, encouraging me to do independent research and volunteer opportunities that would strengthen my application. Mary also helped me create a balance list of colleges that I was interested in, and to delve deeper on what I wanted for my college experience. We started working on my college essay over the summer before senior year and my supplemental essays soon after. Through her feedback and editing, Mary helped to enrich my essays while still keeping them authentic and real. She created deadlines for me to have my essays and application components to be completed by, keeping me organized and on top of tasks. Without Mary, this process would have been daunting and impossible at times, but with her help and breaking the application process down into small manageable pieces, this process was much easier and even enjoyable. I am so grateful for her help and would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone who was feeling lost like me!

Alexander provided great support in optimizing my CV and improving my cover letter. As I had no prior experience with application procdures, his guidance was extremely valuable. Especially because I also needed orientation about international application procedures. As a non native English speaking person, I was very happy that I found him and his advice. He clearly explained what matters most and showed me how to improve my documents. He also went beyond what was originally agreed, which was especially helpful for me as a career starter. I can definitely recommend working with him.
