During job hunting I've been having to answer 'Why you/Why this organisation?' type of questions a lot lately, and it was really helpful to get a grounding in my sense of my values and how or why they drive my choices. You have to know who you are and what you think is important in order to convey it to someone else so the authenticity workshop is a great primer for crafting your answer to 'why you?'. Kristen really projected that authentic sense of self and kept this process engaging throughout so highly recommend her take on this!
