I worked with Kerry for my 2+2 interview for HBS. Honestly, I was super nervous about the interview and had no idea what to expect, but as a former ad com member, Kerry was so knowledgeable and supportive that she helped me enter the interview with my best self! She was spot on with her feedback, a lot of which helped me improve significantly as I got closer to my actual interview. Kerry was also super helpful with the PIR portion and I felt that she was instrumental with my acceptance! Thank you Kerry :)

Annie was an amazing coach! My main essay came from a deep-dive brainstorming session with Annie where I "vomited" stories and self-reflections, while Annie helped me put them into bigger themes. She was a patient listener, and I felt she understood my stories and what I was trying to convey as a candidate. My biggest wish for the application season is to be able to present who I am in my application essay fully, and it only came true with Annie's incredible help. When I felt like the theme we spent an hour digging still "wasn't it", I told Annie about my hesitation and she spent another hour with me restructuring my storyline, making sure that it's MY story and the story I feel most comfortable telling. If you want to tell your authentic stories (which I think is the key to any admissions), work with Annie!! 10/10 recommend :)
