As someone who started a new job while still studying for my test, I felt very overwhelmed starting the application process. Erik helped me with brainstorming content and with essay edit. After a few edits and what I thought only needed some light touches, he helped me see many other areas for improvement. He went above and beyond and provided more than I initially asked for. He provided very clear direction and helped improve the overall readability of the essay.
