David and I worked together during my time at BCG, and he played an important role in helping me get up to speed when I was new. He was always generous with his time, gave practical advice, and helped me better understand how to approach problems in a structured consulting way, supporting my development early in my consulting career. I also saw firsthand how strong he is at coaching and giving feedback. He is clear, thoughtful, and very good at identifying where someone can improve while still being supportive. I’m confident he would be an excellent coach for candidates preparing for consulting interviews

I had the chance to work with Jimmy during my MBA application process, and it honestly made a huge difference. When I started the process, I was overwhelmed trying to balance a demanding full time job while navigating applications, essays, and test prep at the same time. I knew I needed someone experienced who could guide me through it efficiently, and working with Jimmy turned out to be one of the best decisions I made. What stood out to me was how much time he spent really understanding me. Instead of giving generic advice, he asked thoughtful questions about my background, my motivations, and what I actually cared about long term. That made a big difference, he helped me see my own strengths more clearly and turn my experiences into stories that felt honest, not forced. My essays became much more structured, but still sounded like me. I also struggled quite a bit with GRE math in the beginning, and there were moments I wasn’t sure if I should even continue. Jimmy was very direct about where I stood, he told me honestly that my score could hurt my chances, but at the same time encouraged me to push for one more attempt before deadlines. That balance of honesty and support really helped. In the end, I improved all the way to a full score, which I don’t think I could have done without that push. Beyond test prep, he helped me think through school selection in a much more structured way: looking at fit, culture, and career outcomes, not just rankings. With his guidance, I applied more strategically and was able to get into UC Berkeley Haas, which genuinely fits both my personality and long term goals. For interviews, we did several mock sessions tailored to each school. His English is near-native, and his feedback was very practical, especially on how to be more concise and structured in my answers. Those skills have actually carried over beyond interviews, and I still use them today in recruiting and presentations in the states. One thing I really appreciated is that Jimmy genuinely cares. I had talked to a few other coaches before, and some felt quite transactional. With Jimmy, it never felt like that. he was thoughtful, responsive, and willing to spend time refining ideas until they were right. With his help, I was able to get into my target school and receive scholarships. Given how tight my timeline was, I honestly don’t think I could have managed the process or improved this much on my own. I would absolutely recommend Jimmy to anyone applying to MBA programs. He is not only experienced, but also someone who is truly invested in his clients success.

Walter is one of the biggest reasons I was inspired to apply for an MBA, and his support is what helped me construct a successful application. He is incredibly gifted at storytelling and understands how to take seemingly obscure details from your past and turn them into a compelling story that others can be inspired by. He is great at asking the questions that get to the heart of who you are and what program would be best for your success

Nisha is a strong leader and a fierce advocate for her team. She consistently prioritizes doing the right thing—for both her people and the business—even when it’s not the easiest path. She brings deep subject matter expertise and is intentional about upleveling those around her, investing time in developing others and raising the bar for the broader team. She’s also someone I personally turn to for trusted advice, candid perspective, and a safe space to work through challenges. I am honored to provide this review for Elizabeth, whose exceptional guidance, strategic insight, and unwavering dedication were instrumental in my successful admission to both Harvard and MIT; throughout the entirety of the application process, Elizabeth demonstrated a profound understanding of highly competitive academic admissions, coupled with an ability to meticulously tailor her approach to reflect my individual strengths, aspirations, and narrative, ensuring that every component of my application was not only technically sound but also compelling and authentic; her attention to detail was consistently of the highest standard, as she provided rigorous, thoughtful, and highly constructive feedback on essays, positioning, and interview preparation, elevating the overall quality and coherence of my submissions to a level I would not have achieved independently; moreover, her professionalism, responsiveness, and proactive communication instilled confidence at every stage, while her ability to balance exacting standards with genuine encouragement created an environment that fostered both clarity and motivation; beyond her technical expertise, Elizabeth exhibited a rare level of personal commitment and integrity, approaching my success with the same seriousness and care as if it were her own, and it is without reservation that I extend my strongest possible recommendation to anyone seeking world-class guidance in navigating elite academic admissions.

I can’t recommend Tim highly enough. I came to the MBA process with a non-traditional background—after law school, I took time off before pivoting into management consulting—and knew I’d need to make a compelling case to admissions committees. In fact, another consultant told me I’d be lucky to get into a part-time evening program. From our first conversation, Tim saw my background as a strength, not a liability. He brought both deep expertise and genuine enthusiasm to the process, and I felt supported every step of the way. He helped me craft an authentic, compelling “why MBA” narrative, tailor my essays to each school, and prepare thoroughly for interviews. I’ll be attending Columbia Business School this fall with a full-tuition scholarship, and I’m confident that outcome is due in large part to Tim’s guidance.

Faisal is such a helpful resource during what is an extremely stressful time for a prospective MBA applicant. I was pretty anxious throughout the whole process of applying to MBA schools. Was my story compelling? Was I highlighting the right experiences and things in my essays? Was my tone correct? These are questions I could never really quite answer. However, with Faisal as a coach, you can get those answers. With his experience on an M7 admissions committee, you can trust his feedback. His comments and suggestions go a long way to reduce that anxiety and stress. His comments are never fluff, they’re all impactful and you can see the value just an hour can bring on improving your essays. Simply put, I couldn’t recommend him enough. I would not have gotten the outcomes I did without Faisal’s help and guidance.
