Man I was pretty lost about what to do when I hit 40 and was sick and tired of the role I had. I started talking to Amrit over the last couple of years and he has dramatically changed the way I approach my career. I guess I hadn’t realized the latent potential I had or how to unleash it, but his ability to identify my strengths and how I wasn’t putting them forward was absurd. Truly can’t believe how much time I have wasted in my professional development. I really can’t recommend him more. I didn’t think I needed advice or help, but my wife suggested I give it a try, and it’s incredible how useful it is to have someone build a structure for understanding and progressing your goals. Anyways, hope anyone else that sees this decides to take the risk and commit. You won’t regret it.

I first met Jacob when he was a student ambassador for Ivey. In that time, we talked about his experience in day-to-day student life as well as his leadership experience as the President of the Operations Club. Eventually, based on everything I learned, I decided the Ivey MBA was right for me and Jacob was an instrumental part in that journey. As a coach, Jacob is attentive, intelligent, and caring and I would recommend him to anyone looking to begin an MBA journey.
