Working with Amrit has been genuinely life-changing for me. I come from a very challenging educational background and a low socio-economic situation. When I first spoke to him, he didn’t focus on any of that. Instead, he focused on my strengths and treated everything else simply as areas to improve. Before working with him, I was doing jobs like dog walking and customer service. Today, I’ve grown into a managerial role at an edtech firm, contributing to sales of over $180K . Chance has worked extremely hard in each of his classes, and it shows when he tutors students! He is professional and kind to everyone he interacts with and the students he tutors respect him. I've known Razikh for over 20 years, going back to our time together at Applabs in Hyderabad, where he was one of the first people to truly invest in my growth as a young engineer. What struck me then — and has never changed — is his rare ability to see potential in others and coach them with both precision and genuine care. In the two decades since Applabs, I've watched Razikh grow into one of the most well-rounded TPM practitioners I know. His work spanning Meta, Cisco, and Nokia has given him exposure to large-scale infrastructure programs, AI platform adoption, Agile transformation, and cross-functional leadership at the highest levels. Add to that a PhD in Artificial Intelligence and an MBA, and you have someone who can coach both the technical depth and the strategic thinking that a great TPM needs. But credentials aside, what makes Razikh exceptional as a coach is his disposition. He listens carefully before he speaks, tailors his guidance to where you actually are (not where he thinks you should be), and follows through. He is supportive without being soft, and direct without being discouraging — exactly the combination that helps people break into and grow in the TPM role. I wholeheartedly vouch for Razikh as a Technical Program Management coach on Leland. Anyone fortunate enough to work with him will come away sharper, more confident, and better prepared.

Serim combines intellectual sharpness with genuine warmth. When I was preparing for case interviews, she had an instinct for spotting exactly where my thinking went fuzzy, and a way of fixing it that stuck.
