I did not come from the kind of background that usually breaks into investment banking. Non target school, no built in network, and I was pretty unclear on how to actually navigate recruiting beyond surface level advice online. Working with Justin changed that quickly. He does not waste time on generic guidance. He was very direct about where I was falling short, especially with how I was telling my story and how I handled technicals. We focused on fixing those in a structured and practical way, and I could see the difference almost immediately in interviews. What stood out most is that nothing felt forced or scripted. He helped me actually understand how to communicate my background in a way that made sense to bankers, instead of trying to fit into some generic mold. He is also very honest. If something is off, he will tell you and show you how to fix it. That saved me a lot of time and probably a lot of missed opportunities. I ended up landing an offer, and I do not think that happens without his help. If you feel like your background puts you behind, he knows how to close that gap.

I met Tucker when I was a freshman at SUNY Oswego through a formal student mentorship program, and that connection changed the trajectory of my college career. He pulled me into Enactus, where together with another student we ran a real project: doing tech consulting and implementing point-of-sale systems for local businesses. It sounds simple, but for a freshman who didn't know what was possible, it was eye-opening. That experience introduced me to the world of student organizations and I never looked back. I went on to join the investment club, became deeply passionate about it, and ultimately served as president, where our we managed $250,000 in assets. Tucker also recommended self-help and business books that genuinely shifted my mindset. The biggest thing he gave me wasn't any one piece of advice; it was a belief that more was possible than I thought. What started as a formal mentorship became a real friendship. We stayed close for the full three years we overlapped at Oswego. By the time I graduated, I had a network and a resume that landed me a job in federal bank regulation, and two years later I broke into equity research, a field almost no one from a non-target school like Oswego reaches. Tucker didn't just mentor me. He showed me what was possible and made me believe I could get there.

Briana is, simply put, the real deal. Wharton undergrad. Penn Law — where she’s co-president of BLSA, editing the Journal of Business Law, and TA-ing while other people are just trying to survive 1L. Oh, and she summered at Gibson Dunn and externed at the SEC. That’s not a résumé. That’s a statement. But here’s what the credentials don’t tell you: Briana is brilliant in the way that actually matters for coaching. She thinks fast, explains clearly, and she never makes you feel like the answer was obvious. She came into law school after six years at Accenture, made a deliberate, strategic pivot, and crushed it. She knows what it takes to get in and more importantly, she knows how to help you figure out your story. If you’re serious about law school, stop scrolling and book with Briana. I’ve seen her mind work up close for years. You want her in your corner.
