Cathryn has played a really meaningful role in helping me navigate some big professional turning points over the past few years. There was a time when I felt stuck in customer service work and honestly wasn’t sure what direction I wanted to go next. She helped me step back, get clearer on what I actually wanted (and what I was already qualified for, even if I couldn’t see it yet), and start thinking more strategically about my career instead of staying in a rut. Jeff was a pivotal part of what got me to Harvard Business School and others. Without Ghalia’s guidance, dedication, and kindness I honestly do not think I would’ve been able to handle scholarship negotiations and commit to a law school.
