Charlie was such an instrumental coach for me! I originally chatted with him for advice on how to secure my promotion at Block. We talked about ways for me to take on more scope with my team over the following months and he also helped me with drafting and wording my promotion packet — and I got my promotion! I don’t think I could have done it without him; he has such a clear and smart approach to career. So needless to say I hired him to coach me again when I was looking for a new role at Figma and we spent a couple hours on mock interviews, both behavioral and case. He made me feel prepped, confident, and I landed the job. Would recommend him to anyone looking to break into vc, tech, biz ops or strategy roles. Working with Haris was honestly a game changer for me as a founder. Fundraising felt like this black box before with decks, getting warm intros, term sheets... all of it.
