I reported to Pat Ferdig while at hybris (now part of SAP). We collaborated to build out the hybris Extend ISV marketplace. At the time, I was completely new to the ISV and partner world. Patrick mentored and coached me as I came up to speed on the ins and outs of partner business, starting me down a path that eventually led to me starting my own company. It is not hyperbolic to say I would not be were I am in my career without Pat.

Andrea is extremely practical and enjoyable to work with. He kept me focused while I was handling a demanding job, making the whole process simple, motivating, and well-structured. I asked him to take care of the entire application process across four universities, and he absolutely delivered. On top of that, he always knew how to get the very last bit of energy out of me and keep me moving forward, even in the toughest moments. Talking about the GMAT, he helped me understand the bigger “game” behind it, which made improving my performance very smooth and natural. On a side note, after the journey, we’ve stayed in touch; having him around as a person is invaluable! He’s a great listener, extremely sharp, and always quick witted!

Christina is an exceptional coach. During our time together at SUNY FIT, she led a strengths-based leadership program for 50+ students, coached them directly, and trained a team of professionals to continue the work long after the retreat ended. She is compassionate, inspiring, and an incredible listener and communicator. Christina even supported me in my transition from higher ed to corporate, with nothing to gain except helping a former colleague succeed. You want Christina in your corner!!!!
