When I began searching for a coach, I knew I wanted someone who could help build up my confidence (especially coming from a non-traditional, clinical healthcare background) and encourage me to step out my comfort zone. Jesse did all that and more. His structured method of self-reflection helped me clarify post-MBA goals and shape my personal narrative to accurately reflect my aspirations and values, shaping the message I ultimately conveyed through my applications. Jesse also held me accountable throughout the process by encouraging me to set up phone calls with current students and alum, attending in person MBA fairs and school-specific coffee chats, and making campus visits.
