I can’t vouch enough for Rachel’s leadership and mentorship capabilities. I’ve seen firsthand the deep care and compassion she demonstrates for her mentees and all other individuals in her life. She helped guide me through the investment banking recruiting process as an underclassmen, and soon after launched a Women in Finance Mentorship program, which has created a consistent pipeline of high-quality candidates. Post-grad, she provided guidance as I navigated the buyside recruiting process and consequently landed a role. Daniel got me wonderful essay feedback while maintaining my unique voice.
