I joined Angha's 5 months dream crafters program and it was a life changing experience for me. I contacted her during a phase in my life when felt stuck even though I had a good career track, but I couldn't move further and it was frustrating. Through her session she helped me to realize many of the issues were due to the underlying conditioning. She guided me to unlearn and relearn many things, structure my thoughts and think with clarity. Through different activities, I regain my confidence, found my passion, overcame my fears and started actively working for it. All through this journey, she acted as my accountability partner and made sure I am progressing in the right track. I am grateful to her for being really patient and kind. I can’t say enough great things about Roma - she is the real deal! Roma is thoughtful, sharp, and incredibly generous with her time. She’s one of those rare people who’s both deeply analytical and genuinely caring; the kind of mentor who not only helps you get the answer right, but makes sure you understand the “why” behind it. Roma’s perspective as someone who’s worked across both banking and growth equity makes her advice practical and grounded in real experience. When she walks you through a case or modeling question, you can tell she’s been in the seat and knows exactly what interviewers are looking for. What I appreciate most, though, is her patience and sincerity. She doesn’t do the one-size-fits-all thing. Instead, she takes time to get to know your background, your goals, and your story, and tailors everything around that. She’s also just fun to work with - approachable, quick to laugh, and easy to open up to even when you’re stressed about recruiting. If you’re serious about breaking into investing or want to level up your technical and strategic thinking, I couldn’t recommend Roma more highly. She’s someone who will push you, support you, and genuinely care about your success, long after the sessions end.

Ryan is a great coach and very thorough. He asked me a lot of questions in a lot of detail to understand exactly what for each part of my resume so he could write all the points with as much detail as possible.
