I had the opportunity to get Joy’s coaching for my MBA applications to several top schools, and she played a pivotal role in my admission to Wharton. From the very beginning, Joy spent several hours deeply exploring my personal and professional journey — right from childhood to my current role — continuously asking the “why” behind each part of my story. While she brought immense experience to the process, there were absolutely no shortcuts. Together, we spent countless hours developing and refining my story, ensuring that my application was authentic and a true reflection of who I am, what I bring to the table, and how I would add value to my cohort. Joy was incredibly flexible, accommodating my preferred pace and meeting times (often Sundays) to keep me on track and provide thoughtful feedback as I wrote my essays. As we got closer to submission, her expertise proved invaluable — she not only helped fine-tune the language but also strengthened the flow and structure of my essays. I went through seven rounds of revisions, and Joy remained patient, supportive, and fully engaged through each one. We conducted multiple mock sessions focusing on key questions, executive presence, and overall delivery — leaving no stone unturned. I walked into the interview confident and well-prepared, thanks to the extensive preparation we had done together. I can't recommend Samir sir enough for your higher education journey. He brings decades of experience guiding students through exam preps and applications. I had a great experience with him while preparing for my gmat exams, he brings structure and focus in his classes, and always shared very valuable insights for the application process. He paid attention to each student even in group settings, very aware of my weak areas and shared guidance to tackle some of the challenging exam topics. He doesn't believe in fluff or just covering the syllabus, he goes through each topic in detail. I believe Samir sir really loves what he does and that made him a great teacher and mentor along my higher Ed journey.
