I highly, highly recommend Ashley, and anyone who has the honor and privilege of working with her is truly lucky. I met Ashley at an Open House for Teachers College, Columbia University. She is warm, kind, and approachable, and she exudes a positive energy that immediately puts others at ease. Having worked in admissions for Teachers College, Columbia University for over a decade, she knows the ins and outs of the admissions process and what prospective students need to strengthen their applications. Ashley is responsive and attentive, and even though I was one of hundreds, if not thousands, of prospective applicants, she showed me the utmost care and attention. I cannot recommend Ashley enough. If I were a parent or high school student, I would not walk – I would RUN – to book Ashley. Working with her will be one of the best decisions you ever made.

Alec is the best of the best at helping hungry underdogs succeed. While on active duty in the Marine Corps, I met Alex at a Veterans Recruiting Day at Wharton's MBA program. Alec was the President of the Wharton Veterans Club at that time. Friendly, warm, sincere, and insightful in person, Alec was instrumental in supporting my application process and eventual acceptance to and enrollment in Wharton's MBA program over the next year and a half. Following the recruiting day, Alec stayed in touch with me for the next year offering support and perspective on my application, resume, and essays. He was incredibly generous with his time. He responded promptly, directly, and thoroughly. His advice was tactical, actionable, and effective at every turn. Alec was particularly skilled at helping me think through my own "narrative," a concept I'd found challenging and hadn't quite considered before, still locked into a very robotic, military style of communicating my background and accomplishments. Alec pushed me to clearly understand and communicate the following in a coherent narrative: what are you doing now, where have you been, what do you want to do, and how does an MBA/ Wharton help you get there? Following a great experience at Wharton, I've gone on to PE Ops and am currently the CEO of a defense contractor in the DC area. Alec continues to be a great friend and mentor. He has my strongest recommendation.

I’ve seen Yael’s whole path: Stanford engineering, starting her own venture-backed startup, and now running a GTM consulting business that’s worked with dozens of startups. She’s well-networked in the startup ecosystem and has quickly become an expert on the latest GTM/AI tech stack. She’s the person I go to for advice on things like ICP discovery, and growth experimentation, even as a PM myself. Couldn’t recommend Yael more as a go to market engineering coach for Leland.

I've known, worked with and relied on Julian's career advice for over a decade. Due to his own experiences on the cutting edge of innovation and international consulting, he's able to connect with my own experiences and those of our young colleagues. He has the ability to access a rare sort of empathy to understand where I and others are in our career and then see what the pain points and personal gates are to step through.

Amy helped me prepare for interviews with various employers and I eventually landed a role in the Strategy & Analytics team at TikTok. She always came to the sessions prepared and offered valuable feedback! Her international experience positioned her well to support me articulate the value of my international work portfolio as well!

I was initially sceptical of "coaches" but having worked with Chery multiple times now, I'm glad I took a chance. I don't work in sales, so even selling myself doesn't come naturally. My objective was simple...to accelerate my career progression. Cheryl initially facilitated this through improving my self-awareness of what I desired. Then installing the confidence in myself and a meeting strategy with my directors to facilitate a conversation that I would have previously been to reserved to have. Luzy has tutored all of my 4 kids in various topics. She is incredibly talented and capable, but also has a passion and love for developing/mentoring kids and youth that makes her relatable, fun, comfortable to be with and extremely effective!!
