During our tenure together at Flyr, I had the pleasure of reporting to Nathan in his capacity as Technical Manager. Nathan is a great Technical Leader, with a lot of knowledge in different technologies, processes and work methodologies, from software development and devops. The best of him is his capability to encourage change and transmit ideas with confidence, influencing in the corporate strategy and its management that his ideas are necessary and valuables, empowering people to drive them themselves. Samuel was my academic coach for the entirety of my Master of Education program at the Harvard Graduate School of Education. During that time, Samuel did an INCREDIBLE job helping me organize my goals, manage my time, and make clear decisions when I felt overwhelmed.
