Teppo changed my life! He really empowered me to figure out what exactly I wanted in a career, and give me the tools to learn how to go that career! His approach was refreshing given the burnout that comes from looking for a job. I’d recommend him to anyone whether looking for a job or wanting to grow in one.

For the past six months, I've been working with Jennie as my career coach, and I cannot recommend her highly enough. While I initially sought her out due to her impressive background as a partnerships executive, which is a role I aspire to, she has proven to be so much more than a career role model and advisor. Jennie's true gift lies in her value-based whole person approach, and she has a unique ability to strike the perfect balance between coaching and mentoring. She takes time to understand who you are, what drives you, what motivates you, what you need. She didn't just give me the answers I wanted or passively ask open ended questions to let me drive, or sometimes, stumble around. Instead, she asked me the powerful and challenging questions I needed to hear. I also especially appreciated that if I needed advice from Jennie based on her own experience, she would give it to me straight. Jennie pushed and guided me to grow while stay true to my authentic self, a version of myself she helped me discover. Jennie is incredibly encouraging, powerful, and present in every single session. Her calm and caring nature creates a safe space for growth and deep reflection, allowing me to find my peace and achieve my professional goals without compromising my personal values. She has genuinely helped me become the better and happier version of myself, both at work and as a whole person.

When I started college, Teppo helped me decide what I wanted to study, and helped me get a summer internship. Teppo's program is great at showing how to navigate the professional world. I would totally reccomend it!

Teppo was my supervisor from August 2018 to August 2019, and I enjoyed working under his leadership. He did not really act like a boss, but instead, as a mentor and/or coach. At that time, I was in my last year of university, and I needed career guidance; he was kind enough to answer all my questions and often shared constructive feedback on how I could improve my performance and competencies overall. Besides, he intentionally encouraged me to take on bigger projects that helped me grow, especially in project management; that later contributed to me outstanding as a candidate for job search. Later, after I had graduated from my BA program and had started working, I still approached Teppo for tips on how to succeed in interviews as I wanted to secure a scholarship to continue my studies. Teppo did not only share tips, but helped me to practice as well; as a result, I was one of the 4 professionals from my country who secured the Chevening Scholarship. In few words, I would definitely recommend Teppo as a coach; whoever will cross his path will be blessed beyond measures-he is a believer of learning by doing, and he creatively finds ways to support you in that journey.
