I've known Siri for five months, and our relationship perfectly captures who he is as a coach and mentor. When I was struggling to navigate the academic and professional world, feeling completely out of place, Siri went out of his way to help me—not because he had to, but because he genuinely saw someone who needed support. What started as his generous offer to help a stranger has grown into both a meaningful friendship and mentor-mentee relationship. Siri has an incredible ability to recognize when someone is struggling and step in with exactly the right kind of guidance. He never overwhelmed me with advice or made me feel inadequate. Instead, he helped me see my own strengths and gave me practical, manageable steps to move forward. His approach to encouragement is perfectly calibrated—supportive without being overwhelming, honest without being discouraging. He has a rare gift for meeting people where they are and helping them build confidence through real progress, not empty cheerleading. What impressed me most is how naturally Siri understands the challenges of navigating unfamiliar systems. His own experience overcoming obstacles makes him incredibly empathetic to others facing similar challenges. He doesn't just offer expertise; he creates genuine access and builds people up. I'm so grateful to have him as both an unofficial coach and friend. I could not have asked for a better coach than Abhiram. The advice and guidance he gave were very practical to help me break into the field of finance.
