Diego was honestly a huge part of why I ended up getting multiple MBB offers, including in super competitive offices like NY and SF. I leveraged the usual MBA resources (consulting clubs, peer casing, etc.) but working with someone who actually knows how MBB works from the inside made a massive difference. He picked up on things no one else did. What I appreciated most is that he really cared, it never felt transactional. He took the time to get to know me, gave super honest and helpful feedback, and actually felt like a real coach on my corner

Diego was hands down the most helpful person I worked with during my interview prep for consulting. A lot of people gave me general comments, but Diego actually picked up on the small things that made a big difference in how I approached cases and presented myself. Ryan is a great mentor and coach who is incredibly thorough with his work. He crafted the entire experience to be very personal and time-effective. With any adjustment, minor or not, he provided his entire course of thinking as to why he believed a certain change could bring about much better results. He was very communicative, and I did not feel "kept-in-the-dark" at any point in the process; I was updated throughout, and any changes were suggestions that were not made final until I approved them. In all, it was a great coaching experience!
