Pujan worked on admissions for the Business Honors Program at University of Illinois and I stepped into the role after him. He is incredibly personable and easy to work with. His super power is creating structure for complex problems and processes, which made my job much easier coming into the role. He was able to easily explain his improvements and give me guidance on how to continue to iterate on the admissions process moving forward. He always leaves things better and more efficient than he found them and is effective at coaching others to do the same.
