Sal is a phenomenal sales leader and an all around great human being. During a turbulent economy I started a quarter pacing to hit 30% of my goal. We worked together to develop a strategic plan to utilize my proven sales processes combined with the right mindset and structure. I was able to finish that quarter at over 105% quota attainment. Sal leads with empathy, but is not afraid to give you constructive feedback. He is also open to learning from his teammates so that he can coach individuals to bring out their strengths and quickly squash what doesn’t work. I’d highly recommend working with Sal whether you’re breaking into sales or are a seasoned veteran of the industry!
