Mike has the superpower of making someone feel incredibly safe and seen in coaching conversations. After getting the benefit of learning from him via his transformational podcast series, I then got the privilege of his coaching wisdom. Each session with Mike is a meaningful dialogue on my top challenges that allows me to untangle my thoughts and clarify action items. She is amazing! Sreya was kind enough to guide me through the dental school application on the phone, despite coming down with what sounded like a really bad cold.
