Overall, a valuable experience that helped me make real progress and grow within my current role as a Manager. Thanks again Nick! But what I want to highlight is that the workbooks were honestly one of the most surprising parts of the coaching experience. I’ve done a lot of self-help and reflection exercises before, but these went deeper: they challenged me to think in new ways, ask better questions, and really sit with what was coming up. They introduced new concepts and ways of thinking that really deepened the work I was doing in our sessions. It wasn’t just extra homework, it felt like an extension of the coaching itself. Even now, I find myself going back to certain exercises. It’s the kind of resource that reveals something new each time!
