When I went to Harsha - I had attempted GRE 5 times and failed to get my ideal score in all attempts. Angelo knows exactly what he is doing. Within my first case, he already pointed out all the areas of improvement that I need to make to get from making it past the first round to securing an offer. He is also incredibly empathetic and thoughtful, and he does not mince words when pointing out my areas of improvement.
