I am a current freshman at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and I met Ayo at the beginning of my first semester through our Diverse Leaders of Tomorrow chapter. While only knowing him for two semesters, I cannot repay Ayo for all of the advice and wisdom he has given me: He has led multiple mock interviews with me as I prepared for internship calls, made me aware of unique programs and opportunities, helped me format my resume, and offered overall life advise. Having also started outside of the business school here at Wisconsin, his mentorship has been all the more insightful, and he is one of the most generous people I have met here. I do not doubt that Ayo would be a fantastic mentor in any space he chooses, and anyone considering his services will have an expert in their corner.

Adwoa is a natural coach / tutor! Her positive attitude beams through every conversation. Beyond that, she’s a pleasure to work/ speak with anytime. Adwoa has helped me with my essay writing/ resume editing which aided in securing interviews for job roles. Overall, her work speaks for itself and being a coach is the perfect fit!

I was lucky to have Revital as my mentor when I was at Meta, and she's been an incredible support ever since. She has a real gift for listening, challenging you in the right ways, and helping you find clarity when you need it most. Even after Meta, she made herself available whenever I needed guidance, which meant a lot. Her advice always helped me move forward with more confidence and focus. She's one of those rare coaches who truly cares and makes you feel seen and heard. Every session with her felt like a mix of encouragement, tough love, and practical action steps. Andie is living inspiration, a person who seeks to better himself and the community around him especially with his vast acquisition of technical knowledge and practical applications. Andie has great principles which guide him to ensure he leaves no one behind and still maintain the highest levels of performance for himself. I really vouch for Andie as he is many things, such as a leader, a learner, a professional and most of all a great supportive friend who seeks to build those around him.

Akhil was a mock case partner of mine. He really helped bring my casing to the next level from helping me be more organized with how I approach quantitative sections to helping me structure third and fourth level frameworks

Kate has given me great advice as I’ve planned my professional career. She helped me learn more about the field of management consulting, reviewed my resume for applications, and helped me compare and contrast large consulting firms as I was going through applications.

Zoe’s support and expertise gave me the foundation I needed to navigate consulting interview prep. Her advice and strategies helped me focus on building the right skills in a short amount of time.

Devan doesn't pull punches and yet simultaneously empathizes with the intensity of the task ahead. He helped me reframe my lived experience and my own perception of them. He saw value in my story where I hadn't and he helped to build on that and better tell me story. When situations arise that weren't his expertise he found a resource or individual who was equipped to help. I wouldn't have gotten into Ross without him.

I had the privilege and honor of working with Leo at the Harvard Kennedy School Adaptive Leadership course. Not only is Leo an incredibly kind, inspiring, and good person, but he is also profoundly insightful. He is not afraid to speak his mind with honesty and conviction, yet he does so with immense respect, empathy, and love for the people he works with and the world at large. Leo has a rare gift: he creates an environment where you feel both deeply supported and deeply pushed; a combination that fosters genuine, lasting change. His questions are incisive, his reflections are illuminating, and his guidance is infused with both wisdom and heart. His passion for human development and his belief in the goodness and possibility of others is palpable and contagious. He helps you move through your internal barriers, reconnect with your highest values, and step more courageously into the leadership the world needs from you. Anyone who has the opportunity to be coached by Leo is truly fortunate. I cannot recommend him highly enough; he is one of those rare individuals who leaves you better, braver, and more alive than when he found you.
