I am a Self employed plumbing contractor, owner operator since 2007. After working with Deekron dealing with customers has gotten easier. I am in and out of homes all week long and listen to customers sometimes share their beliefs/opinions as I was working for them. In the past it was sometimes very challenging trying to understand why people were the way they were. I have learned to be more patient and empathetic.
