Steven listens to you to understand your needs, does research for you on your prospective employer, and tailors his prep materials based on it. Blake is an invaluable resource! He is passionate and knowledgable, able to teach complex data and modeling concepts, and does so in a way that is thorough and approachable. I did not have a strong technical skillset initially and Blake really helped expand my toolkit, making sure I truly understood the concepts behind the work we were doing. He did an excellent job of connecting the big picture with the nuts and bolts to make sure I could execute quickly and at a high level. I still hear his voice in my head in my job day-to-day and am super grateful for all the time and effort he put into helping me grow.
