A couple of hours with Jeremy is like a mini internship. Each semester I call Jeremy to teach a class to aspiring up-and-coming Wall Street interns on RE investing. He is crystal clear and effective and you can learn so much about true RE investing - technical, creative, substantially thorough investing practices.
