Sameer provided consistently valuable guidance and assistance while also letting me learn by doing. In my next product role I know I will be relying on Sameer for future guidance as well, as I respect his opinion immensely.

Kyle helped me with my Ivy college applications, and was meticulous in the brainstorming aspect and how to help me stand out and extract the message and story I was trying to tell. He was with me every step of the way, and I ended up being accepted to Stanford EA, my dream school, a large reason of which I attribute to his work on my essay.

Shruti has been my mentor for the last 5+ years. Shruti was my manager while at Flatiron together from 2019-2023 and truly embodies everything I strive to be as a people manager today. She went above and beyond any other managers I’ve had before to coach, mentor, and advocate for me. Shruti has been instrumental in shaping my early career - from honing my communication skills and confidence in client meetings to establishing longer term career goals and introducing me to many more opportunities beyond my role today. Shruti genuinely cares about the people she works with and mentors- which really shows in her management style and how she gives personalized, actionable feedback. Even though we don’t work together anymore, Shruti continues to be my most trusted mentor.

Jon has been a mentor to me for close to a decade and has been an incremental part of my professional career. He is someone who I have always been able to go to for professional questions, advice (both work and personal), or general help. I do not think I would have landed a job at a renowned private equity firm without Jon's help and am truly thankful for all his help in getting me to where I am today.

Jonathan has been an incredible colleague since I met him in 2019. His dedication to ensuring the long-term success and happiness of those he works with is exceptional. Jonathan doesn't just focus on career achievements; he is genuinely invested in the overall well-being of his colleagues.

Jason is an incredible mentor. He aided me through the college process, helped streamline my thoughts, and edited my writing to make essays that I can say I'm extremely proud of. Jason not only made me a better writer but also a more mature, understanding, and empathetic person. Aside from the whole college thing, Jason was always there to listen to me if I was feeling stressed or just to catch up on interesting life moments. He genuinely cares about all of his students and does an amazing job of supporting them. He's played such a pivotal role in both my education and career. He is truly a wonderful coach and an even more amazing person. Any student would be extremely lucky to have him as a coach.

Jane provided me with an effective framework for navigating the job and internship search process. She assisted with interview preparation and job search strategies. Additionally, she guided me on resume structure and what recruiters look for in a candidate, giving valuable pointers and advice on optimizing my resume by improving space utilization, condensing content, and refining wording to make it more substantive. Jane’s advice and strategies have significantly helped me in both the resume screening and interview processes. With Jane’s support, I was able to land a role at Intel.

Jane was a huge help to me when I was applying for college. She helped me perfect my resume, prep for college interviews, and revise my essays. Jane did a great job with looking through my supplemental essays, common app, and resume, and then seeing if it all made sense together as a whole application. Thanks to her, I was able to get into Cornell and Yale! She’s also a huge help in resume revisions and is incredibly good at phrasing things both coherently and efficiently. Even though I’m working in the tech field, Jane is still able to consistently offer me advice on resume structure and what is more/less important to add from a hiring perspective. I’ve been able to land 2 summer internships at Google under her guidance.

Ritvik coached me through the process of applying for my Master in Analytics at Georgia Tech last year. He helped me through the entire process, including: 1) Weighing the pros and cons of each university within the context of my current opportunities at the time 2) Coaching me through the application process, from essay writing assistance to interview preparation 3) Helping me to make the most of my opportunity once accepted through advising me through the process of securing a graduate teaching assistantship I could not have landed sunch an incredible situation without Ritvik. If I could go through the process again, Ritvik would be my first call.
