Win has been a great mentor and product partner. He has helped me navigate corporate America as a new grad APM all while helping me build the foundational skills needed to succeed. From understanding how to build your product's 'moat' to opportunity sizing to setting professional goals, Win has been a consistent, supportive, and constructive mentor. He's gifted at understanding when to give advice vs. when to be a sounding board.

Jack has an insane amount of knowledge, insight, tips and tricks, secrets, and experience with not only investment banking (which he is an expert in) but also private equity, strategy, corporate development and more. For IB, he is extremely informed on the interview process, technicals, networking, timelines, do’s and don’ts, superdays, intro rounds with HR, resume prep, internship prep, etc. He comes from a non-target which means he truly grinded and had to really have a strong profile on all assets, not just being able to rely on campus recruiting and getting in easily. He is extremely kind, helpful, but also a finance wizard and genuinely one of the most well informed in the industry. You can’t go wrong with Jack at all and I would give 15/10 stars if I could.

Win has been an outstanding coach for me in the last few years. He’s helped me navigate many different career challenges, including career pivots, in-seat career progression, and more. Additionally he has helped me truly train my skills in strategic operations and product strategy, making me a better professional overall.

Having Jason as my mentor and academic coach when I was the most confused about my path was one of the best decisions. He never fails to put his heart into getting to know every mentee: their strengths, points of improvement, passion, ambition, and trajectory. Jason is not only an academic coach, he will show you how to utilize your hobbies, interests, and talent to access opportunities and grow in your own individual trajectory. Jason will come into the meeting with the best resources tailored to my own path and was not afraid to push for my growth through honest, in-depth feedback. Despite the time difference, Jason was incredibly prepared to set up last-minute meetings, edit essays almost as soon as they were sent in, and super responsive to questions and concerns. This has made his students’ application process go more than smoothly. But most importantly, his compassion has immensely helped me persevere and make many strong decisions throughout the application process. Being a student in our final year has its stress and Jason never fails to sympathize with his students. Jason had supported me through every step of my junior/senior year, every decision making, exam stress, internship searches, etc. Thank you Jason for being my mentor, teacher, and friend!
