I highly recommend Tim as a coach! He stands out because he follows through with an action-based plan to accomplish your goals that is very effective. Regardless of where you are in your journey, he listens to understand and is an exemplary thought partner. Tim has guided me through small tasks like networking and larger, multifaceted plans (e.g. narrative development, resume review, navigating letters of recommendation for simultaneous, top 7 MBA apps). What drives me to seek his mentorship again and again is the encouraging, positive attitude he brings to our conversations, which contributes to me accomplishing more than I usually think I can on my own.

Krysta was a huge help during med school application process, during that time she helped curate and draft my personal statement in a way that was supportive and meaningful.
