I have met very few more natural coaches than Ryan. In college, he was a consistent, devoted, and talented tutor who helped his peers with case prepping as well as pretty much any class he'd ever taken. Students taking the class he TA'd had nothing but great things to say about him, and I personally likely would not have passed at least a couple of classes without his help. Ryan is excellent at meeting his mentees where they are, and he is just as comfortable diving deep into the nitty gritty (which he loves to do, especially if it's a statistical or math-based problem) as he is to start with the most basics of any subject.
