Erika is fully invested in the lives of those she interacts with. Her deep interest and passion for enabling others in their life and career journey is second to none. I've been on the receiving end of countless coaching and mentorship conversations with Erika and as a result, I have been able to reach goals far beyond what I originally expected because of her. She has been an invaluable friend and resource for over 10 years now - through undergrad coaching, to professional development, and now MBA coaching. I would trust Erika with anything. She is as loyal, committed, and smart as anyone you'll find, and she has a ton of fun while helping you crush it in life. Would highly recommend Erika as a coach (and personal champion)!

Lee is a terrific thought partner who genuinely goes out of his way to understand your problems as well as the goals you seek to achieve. He has spent innumerable hours helping break down problem sets, identifying weaknesses in resumes and pitches, and keeps me on my toes by approaching tasks from a different angle than most would. Highly recommended for anyone looking to elevate their position in their career, Lee is the guy who can get you there.

Zeeshawn is a great tutor. He is very patient and kind. He helped me with ACT testing strategies and simplified the most difficult concepts. He especially helped me with grammar rules. He always had great tips and suggestions throughout the session. Highly recommend!

I can't say enough about Zeeshawn. He is a true professional and always accommodates my tutoring times with my busy schedule. He held me accountable, which was extremely helpful as I struggle with discipline at times. He also provided me with many strategies that I would have never have come across myself. My score improved from 1350 to 1590 with his tutoring. I cannot praise his efforts enough and would recommend him to anyone without any hesitation.

I can only speak positively about my experience working with Cat and if I could give her six stars, I would. I worked with Cat to study for the GRE’s during my application process for business school. This was, for me, a massive undertaking, both intellectually and emotionally, since I have never been a good test taker, nor did I have a strong quantitative background. Cat took the time early on to learn my strengths and weaknesses and developed a thorough study plan which accommodated the time constraints of the application deadlines and my hectic work schedule. Cat was extremely competent when it came to teaching all levels of the GRE exam. She demonstrated a deep understanding of the test’s content and the ways to manage timing and execution strategies. What set her apart, in my opinion, were her exceptional people skills and her comprehension and management of the human elements that naturally come into play with exams like these. Often, as it was in my particular case, the pressure and anxiety surrounding the test can naturally hold some students back. Cat was extremely intuitive when it came to uncovering and managing these elements. She went beyond simply providing the correct answers and instead took the time to understand the challenges I was facing as her student. This allowed her to ultimately determine whether mistakes were being made due to foundational knowledge gaps or from ulterior factors, like stress, anxiety, or confidence. Either way, Cat dove in and addressed these issues head on, offering numerous solutions to overcome these obstacles. Additionally, Cat maintained and communicated productive goals for me. We all want to learn the content and get the scores we need as quickly as possible and be done with it. If we could all do that, then I wouldn’t be writing this review. Cat thoughtfully curated sessions and homework to establish foundational knowledge and skills which she later used as building blocks for harder content that I had to naturally execute on to attain the scores I was aiming for. While doing all of this, Cat paid close attention to what was working for me and constantly looked for areas that she could adapt to make more effective or fun. While I don’t miss studying for the exams, I can genuinely say that I miss spending time with Cat on a weekly basis. I learned so much more than how to become a good test taker from her. She helped me reframe my mindset and to appreciate many positive attributes about myself that I never could have seen without her help. In the end, I got the scores I was aiming for and got accepted to my top choice MBA program. I can say without reservation that it was a true pleasure working with Cat and I cannot recommend her more highly.
