I worked with Ian to prepare for my Business Analyst interviews at McKinsey... and I ended up getting the offer! He had great advice on how to structure my study, great exercises to do in our coaching calls and gave 100% to every session we spent together, and he had very useful homework exercises and a plethora of tailored resources to improve on my weaknesses. He did all of this while being extremely pleasant to work with and just an all-around great guy. He knows when to give you encouragement but also when to give you direct feedback and stretch you out of your comfort zone so you can improve.
