He provided exemplars of ideal responses during our sessions that were easy to follow and better understand what separated a good answer from a great answer. I worked with Shifu over the course of several weeks to prepare for my software engineering interviews (leetcode, OOD, system design). He was very professional, patient, and easy to get along with. The mock sessions were extremely helpful. Shifu always came prepared with well-crafted questions that mirrored real interviews. After mock, He guided me step by step, giving me a clear thinking to approach problems. For system design, he provided great frameworks that I could reuse, which made it much easier to break down large, intimidating problems. What I appreciated most was how he balanced realism and feedback. The mocks felt like real interviews, but afterwards he gave detailed suggestions and explained the best practices. Overall, Shifu is not only knowledgeable but also genuinely nice and easy to communicate with. If you want a coach who gives you structure, clarity, and encouragement through the whole process, I’d highly recommend him!
