Chuck was a mentor to me during my MBA at UCLA Anderson, being a class above me at the time. I was coming in as a mechanical engineer from the oil and gas industry and trying to find ways to articulate my transferable skills as well as perform well in PM interviews to land a tech PM job. I blindly reached out to Chuck and he was extremely warm and supportive. Not only did Chuck give tactical suggestions to help me improve in both areas, but he also gave me reassurance of the strengths I already had, which boosted my confidence tremendously and helped combat imposter syndrome. I ended up getting an PM internship at Amazon and then full time PM offers from Microsoft and Google and Chuck was a big help to get there.

I had some doubts about receiving outside help to break into product. When I met with Cory it was a no brainer. He is thoughtful, professional, and he really cares about your success. He coordinated and hosted a casing workshop for our consulting club, where he provided detailed advice on how to apply frameworks in consulting and also be effective communicators. Working with Adin during the private equity recruitment process was crucial. He had a great grasp on all of the different items commonly tested in private equity interviews and worked with me to create a study approach that resulted in me feeling well prepared by the time on-cycle finally kicked off. When I came to Adin, I was not exactly sure how to tackle investment oriented case interviews (the primary reason why I had reached out). Adin did a great job providing verbal examples of exactly how an investment case interview would go and worked with me to create an easy framework that I applied during each of my investment case interviews that I ended up receiving during recruitment. Every one of these interviews went really well in my opinion, and I ended up with a private equity Associate offer from my top choice of firms. Since then, I have continued to look to Adin for business school and post b-school career advice. Few people are as knowledgeable in my opinion as Adin when it comes to recruitment for both private equity as well as hedge fund related roles. His advice is insightful, right to the point and very credible.
