I had the pleasure of working with Janaki as my Executive Coach for two transformative years through CHIEF, an executive women's networking community. Janaki’s guidance was instrumental during a pivotal period in my career, as she supported me through a sabbatical and my subsequent role acceptance. What sets Janaki apart is her ability to bring and instill positive energy. She helped me clarify what I truly wanted in my next role and stay focused on achieving it. Her insights, encouragement, and unwavering support were invaluable, and I am deeply grateful for her partnership during this journey. I was given the wonderful opportunity to become a member of Chief a couple of years ago and had no idea what to expect. All of my concerns were erased within the first week of my group getting to meet Janaki Bakshi, our executive coach. To say that Janaki is a wonder is really not doing her justice. She is, of course, kind, thoughtful and so ridiculously patient and smart, but she also knew exactly when to push us a executives. Working at a C-suite level is not something many of us were 'trained' to do before being promoted throughout our careers and Janaki made sure that each interaction we had left a lasting impression. She also guided us with impactful recommendations for how to build our networks, commit to prioritizing our individual and professional needs and how to thoughtfully engage both for ourselves and for our teams. I feel so fortunate to have been 'placed' in her group and watching the work she does just continues to keep me motivated! Anyone who has a chance to work with her should jump at the opportunity!

Janaki is my Chief Core Group Coach. I am blessed to have crossed paths with her two years ago. Our core group monthly connections are facilitated by her. She intentionally prepares each session with relevant subjects, insights and content aligned to the interests of the group. Her meeting plans always invite to self-reflection while also providing time for interaction between members within the session. She is a masterful listener and demonstrates high integrity which immediately generates trust in every interaction. She is very punctual and is always present during our meetings; in two year, she hasn't missed one meeting. Her questions to invite self-reflection are always on point and she is also sensibly direct in her guidance always challenging me to a brighter perspective of the issue at hand and/or inspiring me to the next action or practice to breakthrough the current state. I look forward to continuing attending our core meetings and expanding my professional and personal awareness and capabilities as a result of those. Thanks Janaki!!!!

Janaki has changed my life! I have had the privilege of being coached by Janaki for the past 10 months through work via Betterup. Janaki was my Executive Coach for about 3 months. During that time, she helped me uncover aspects of my leadership skills that I was unware of. She partnered with me to understand the root cause of my fears and anxiety. Also, she helped me identify areas of strength that I sometimes diminished because of my inner critic. I found myself realizing my full potential and that I can do anything with the right mindset and attitude. Janaki helped me grow in such a short time frame.
