To anyone seeking professional coaching, do yourself a favor and talk with Andrea. Andrea and I worked together a few years back at Verizon Media. While on different teams, our paths crossed due to a few priority efforts we each were leading that naturally intersected. The commerce solution I was responsible for building on behalf of the ad sales team was somewhat new territory for me. And while Andrea was more senior than I, she leaned into me and my function to do all she could to help me build the best solution for the org, but also to help me, as a mentee, navigate and win over other senior leaders.
