I was surprised at how many insightful things were said within the 30 minutes of our intro call. He was also very friendly and clearly wants to help people to make a difference in their careers.

I had been working on a career switch for about 8 months before I met with Cesar. I had been having a very hard time being consistent with my efforts and would frequently lose motivation. Cesar introduced me to tools such as meditation and journaling which have helped me immensely in my journey. I have made more progress towards my goals in the past 2 months since I spoke to Cesar than I had for ~ 6 months prior to talking to him. Before starting to talk to Cesar, I felt like I was standing on shaky ground, both in my professional and in my personal life. At work, I was insecure, felt like an imposter, and was second-guessing myself and doubting my abilities. At home, I was frustrated, always in conflict with my partner, and didn't know how our relationship can go any further. After working with Cesar, I'm a better coworker and a better mentor at work, and I'ma better partner at home. In fact, my partner recently told me that I'm "finally back to my old self". I actually think I'm not just back to being my old self, I'm a new and improved version of myself, thanks to Cesar! Before connecting with Cesar, I felt very lost in my path to finding and securing success in my career-post grad. I had a vision of what I wanted but I was very unclear of how I was going to get there. I was ridden with different concerns about finding a job, struggling with a lack of confidence, and believing that I was enough as a candidate. I had also never looked into career coaching in my life and was very weary of the initial investment. Cesar gave me the tools to discover the best version of myself and how to put in the work to achieve it. He was incredibly motivating and supportive during each step of my journey. I can honestly say that I am not the same person I was three months ago today. I am much more certain, way less self-conscious/doubtful, and highly confident that I can achieve the life that I am working so hard on building for myself. Cesar taught me how I am in control and in the power of achieving and showing up as my higher self and how outward influences that have negatively impacted my life, can be re-written to tell a different and greater story.

Cesar has been incredibly helpful in making me clarify how my work is valued internally and externally. He really pushes me to explore what's holding me back and inspires me to take the next step with mindfulness so I'm focusing on the right tasks.

It's difficult to obtain a comprehensive understanding of the negotiation process on the internet but Cesar is a class of his own. Throughout our session it was evident that Cesar's expertise comes from experience: from the get-go he was focused on covering topics that would be the most impactful in our limited time and was personable and knowledgeable. I am much more confident in my job search now that I am equipped with his advice not just in terms of the negotiation process but also in terms of mindset. I highly recommend Cesar.
