My coaching with Maïa was a transformative experience. As a career freelance journalist I was being offered bigger public speaking work, which I was apprehensive about. With a light touch Maïa gave me the courage to make the leap into this career move with confidence, and helped me thrive in this new challenge. She always approached our sessions with enthusiasm, warmth, compassion and kindness, and no matter how apprehensive I felt about talking about myself, she gave me the courage to be honest, and to believe in myself, and to consequently push myself to bigger challenges. I came away from our sessions with a clear idea of my core values and life purpose, which help guide me confidently through difficult decisions. The outcome is I am moving forward with my career in a way I couldn't have imagined before.

Every conversation with Maia was purposeful, engaging, and personally challenging. As a veteran educator, whose life's passion is guiding, mentoring, and supporting students, I was more inspired and better able to articulate my leadership skills with Maia's coaching. She amplified my "Jiminy Cricket" voice, whose advice and counsel were muffled by life's distractions. I had worked with Maïa at the time when she was working for Paul Sekhri, President & CEO of Cerimon. She understands the exact need of what I was looking for and managed to relay and convey my message to the relevant people/team in a very prompt manner. I would very much like to work with Executive Assistants like Maïa but there are just very few and far between. My guess is that the skill set and her talent comes from her multi-cultural experience and also as being an Artist.

Maïa and I collaborated on synching C-level executives’ demanding calendars on numerous occasions over several years. She truly is dedicated and passionate about her work and most importantly, about the people she works for and with. She keeps calm under pressure and her resourcefulness, creativity and attention to detail always guarantees a perfect solution to any administrative challenges. I would always welcome the opportunity to work with Maïa again in the future.

Maia is exceptionally good at whatever she does and there is no job that she cannot do. She was always first to respond to inquiries and her input was well thought out, her answers did not leave me with more questions. She was always one step ahead so she made my work more efficient too. Working on board matters is never easy, but thanks to Maia's experience and winning personality, we achieved much more than I ever hoped for, and it was not a chore. As an EA, you take on huge responsibility for a wide range of things and it is great when you have a solid partner you can trust on the other side. That to me is the real accomplishment that everyone who works with Maia can see.

I have had the pleasure of working with Maia when I had first started my career as an EA. She took me under her wing and provided me guidance as well as encouragement. I couldn't have asked for a better teacher. Her attention to detail, ability to stay calm under pressure, and ability to multi-task are all top notch. Throughout the years she has continued to be an incredible mentor to me. She is someone I reach out to when it comes to advice on my career or different aspects of our day to day job. Maïa has been an incredible resource for me as I transitioned out of a high-intensity sales role and into a a wholly new industry providing executive administrative support. She has helped me to form my understanding of the new role through one-on-ones and through sharing her 'Administrative Operations Handbook,' both of which have proved to give invaluable guidance as I've settled into the demands of the position.
